Filtered water: 1.5- 2 litres in a glass jug

Cucumber: 1 (finely cut into circles with its peel).

Mint leaves: 10-12 big leaves

Ginger: 1 table spoon grated.

PROCEDURE: Leave the cucumber, mint and ginger in water inside a glass jug overnight. From overnight we mean 8-10 hours.  Next day stain it and drink it the whole day.

Either of the two teas is effective in boosting the body metabolism naturally up to 17% more than the normal person’s metabolism. So take 3-4 cups of green tea or oolong tea daily. Green tea can be used for unlimited long duration while oolong tea should be used with a little caution, in cases where it is used for a very long duration. Both teas have no side effects. Diuretic effect of green tea is minimal as it has even less than half of caffeine than in coffee.
